At Midlands Paints, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our returns policy carefully before making a purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Tinted Paints: All tinted products are custom mixed to order and therefore non-returnable under any circumstances.

Opened Products: We do not accept returns on any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with.

Special Orders: Custom or non-stock special orders are non-refundable unless defective or supplied in error.
Returnable Items
We will accept returns on unopened, non-tinted stock items within 14 calendar days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Items must be in original, undamaged packaging and in resaleable condition.

Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.

Prior authorisation must be obtained before returning any item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a product fault.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
